Pasta Dinner & Concert The Band Parents Association is holding a Pasta Dinner & Concert Where: Cedar Creek Community Church Nixon Ave. Bayville, NJ 08721 When: Saturday, March 6th 2010 6:00 for Dinner 7:00 for Show 8:00 for Venetian Table All money from tickets sold by your child(ren) will go directly into their account . Proceeds 0f the 50/50 and gift auction will go into the scholorship & general fund. The general fund is used for Pizza party's, Bonding party, Subs for Competition, amoung other expenses that benfit the students. If we do not get support there's a Great chance we will not have funds for these items or an Association nexr year. Please help with donations of food, paper products, drinks, baked goods, or gifts for the raffel. Please let me (Kathy Hess 732-259-7410 or hessshore@verizon.net) know if you, your family or friends plan to attend as we need a count so we prepare enough food. So far the menu sounds great. We have salad and bread, penna and vodka sauce, home made macaroni & cheese, chicken parm & pasta with alfrado sauce donated. As for donations for the gifts we have a LCD 7" tv, a single serve coffee pot and a candle basket. So please check you closets and see if you have something you can donate. We need to be behind our kids because they are great and deserve all the support they can get. Please contact me with any help you can give or how many people will attend this preformance. Cookbook We are in the process of putting togather a "Central Regional Band Cookbook" and we are requesting Parents/Guardians to send in their Favorite, and Unique Recipes.
